8. How many people are actively involved in coaching (at least once per week) or helping run sessions at your club?
We don’t have any coaches at the moment, mostly volunteers helping out.
We currently have 1–4 coaches, with other volunteers who can help out occasionally.
We have a pool of 5–10 coaches who run most of the sessions, but if more are needed, we have plenty of volunteers.
9. What would you say is the biggest challenge holding your club back right now?
